This recipe is very easy to cook, requires minimum effort and time but the result is absolutely delicious.
Cottage cheese - 500 g
Sour cream - 100 g
Eggs – 4
Flour – 4 tbsp
Sugar – 100 g
Baking powder - 1.5 tsp
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
1. Separate egg whites from egg yolks. Add salt and 50 g of sugar beat to stiff peaks.
2. Mix cottage cheese with all remainingingredients. Gently add egg yolks stirring with a spatula.
3. Put baking paper on the bottom of the form.
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180.
