We deliver everywhere in Hong Kong except South Lantau and areas with limited access (see attached document).
For all orders we use our partner's delivery service Kerry Cool. Kerry Cool helps us to deliver your orders by 2 types of low-temperature system – "Chilled" and "Frozen". Along with the special equipment, your goods will be kept under the same condition throughout the whole process of delivery — all fresh items stay chilled and frozen items stay frozen.
We provide delivery service in 1-2 days for all orders made on weekdays before 2:00 pm. For orders made on weekends or public holidays, delivery may take 2-3 days. The order confirmation, as well as your waybill, will be sent to the email you provide. Delivery date, time and the tracking number for checking the delivery status of your package will be indicated in the waybill.
Minimum order is HKD500. A delivery fee of HKD60 will apply for orders between HKD500 and HKD700 for each category (Chilled or Frozen). Orders over HKD700 in Chilled or Frozen category get free delivery.
The time frame for the order to arrive at your door will be different depending on where you are located. For most locations you can choose the time frame which is convenient for you to receive the order: from 10 to 18:00, or from 18 to 21:00. For Discovery Bay, Mid Levels and Sai Kung areas there is one time frame option available only — your package will be delivered during the day from 10 to 18:00. For Ma Wan area the only available time frame is from 9:00 to 16:00.
Our delivery partner Kerry Cool always aims to deliver your parcel within the preferred time slot, although there are factors that can affect delivery time (e.g. adverse weather conditions, strike actions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion, for other circumstances out of the driver’s control). Therefore we cannot accept liability for deliveries outside the slot or any inconvenience or loss that this causes.
Please note, that we're not able to request a specific time for delivery. If you ask for a specifically timed delivery, the requested time will be noted on your waybill, however, it’s not guaranteed and will be up to the driver and his route, and we don't have any control over this.
